Pan Fried Grass Fed Steak with Sage Browned Ghee

Pan fried delectable Sirloin in a Ghee option. A simple, yet truly juicy meal packed with heart-healthy fats. Enjoy more PRE Brand recipes on my site.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 PRE Sirloin Steak
  • salt and oil
  • 4 tablespoons Tinstar brown butter ghee, room temperature
  • 4 teaspoons sage, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon flake sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat cast iron skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat sirloin steak dry.
  3. Season with salt and oil.
  4. Place in hot pan.
  5. Sear on both sides for 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
  6. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Add remaining ingredients to room temperature butter or ghee and combine thoroughly.
  8. Place back in refrigerator to chill until needed.
  9. Top your hot steak with generous dollop of herbed ghee.
