Paleo Salad Dressing with Dijon Balsamic

  • Author: Tina Turbin

Description

I think it’s a must to have a wide variety of yummy paleo salad dressings in your paleo kitchen! I like to pour mine on stir-fry dishes, salads, and meats to experience a variety of flavors and sneak in some more good-for-you fats! You can also make this with white rice vinegar too for yet another delicious type of paleo salad dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ c extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ c white balsamic vinegar (or more to taste as different vinegars vary in strength)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 hefty pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine. Blend together slowly.
  2. Enjoy!
