Description
This simple yet delicious meal features grass-fed and grass-finished beef from 5280beef, contributed by Miranda Jade of www.GlutenFreehelp.info.
Ingredients
- 2 grass-fed sirloin steaks.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place your steaks in a large zip lock bag with all ingredients.
- Gently move bag around to spread out ingredients.
- Place bag in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to marinate (the longer the better, but go for a minimum of 1 hour).
- Take steaks out of the fridge.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the pan is hot, take steaks out of the bag and place on the pan for 2 minutes.
- Turn steaks over and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn heat down to low to cook throughout.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Cooking time will depend on how you like your steak. This is a matter of personal preference. If you like a lot of garlic, add an additional 1/2 tablespoon before cooking.
