Paleo Flat Bread or Wrap

Description

This is a great paleo wrap recipe that you can make at home!


Ingredients

Scale
  • large tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1½ cups ground flaxseed
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 big handful cilantro (stems and all)
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. On dehydrator sheets, place the blended ingredients thin enough, knowing you’ll be peeling them and folding later around veggies/protein or using as bread “sheets.”
  3. Enjoy!

Notes
