Paleo Aioli Gluten-Free Grapefruit Sauce

Paleo Aioli Gluten-Free Grapefruit Sauce

Are you ready for a to-die-for paleo aioli gluten-free grapefruit sauce? Aioli comes from the region of Provence and is traditionally comprised of olive oil, lemon juice, egg yolks, and garlic. According to Wikipedia, the word aioli (alhòli) comes from the Provençal alh (garlic) + òli (oil). It’s basically mayonnaise seasoned with garlic. There are MANY variations, however, and this clean aioli recipe  here is one that is truly unique and refreshing.

This is the sort of sauce that will blow away your guests at your summer get togethers. When you tell them this is a homemade paleo sauce, their mouths will drop and they will take their hats off to the chef! On that note, be sure to check out more of my favorite paleo condiments.
