Give your taste buds a trip to Italy with this delicious zoodle recipe using some of the best ghee!
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- ½ tablespoon Pure Indian Foods Garlic Ghee
- ½ tablespoon Pure Indian Foods Italian Ghee
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- With your vegetable spiral slicer, spiral your zucchini into zoodles. (I recommend the Spiralife brand.)
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Place both ghees into the pan.
- Once the ghees begin to melt, add zoodles.
- Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Cook a few minutes, only until the zoodles soften. Do not overcook.
- Enjoy!
