Herbed Ghee with Zoodles

Description

Give your taste buds a trip to Italy with this delicious zoodle recipe using some of the best ghee!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • ½ tablespoon Pure Indian Foods Garlic Ghee
  • ½ tablespoon Pure Indian Foods Italian Ghee
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. With your vegetable spiral slicer, spiral your zucchini into zoodles. (I recommend the Spiralife brand.)
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  3. Place both ghees into the pan.
  4. Once the ghees begin to melt, add zoodles.
  5. Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook a few minutes, only until the zoodles soften. Do not overcook.
  7. Enjoy!
