Berries with Sweet Spreads

Fruit and Berries Protein Dessert

Description

A crazy amazing EASY fruit and protein dessert, I kid you not. This calls for a little party in our mouths!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 11/2 cups blueberries
  • 2 ripe cold bananas, sliced
  • 11/2 cups strawberries, sliced into halves
  • ½ cup Sweet Spreads Vanilla Cupcake Coconutter
  • Optional: cherries, kiwi, etc. and even nuts
  • NOTE: Use all COLD ripe fruits washed and dried from the refrigerator.

Instructions

  1. Place all the fruit in a bowl excluding the bananas and mix.
  2. Add bananas and gently toss.
  3. Place in dessert bowls of choice.
  4. Liberally spoon on the Sweet Spreads Vanilla Cupcake Coconutter.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve with my amazing sugar-free, dairy-free dark chocolate ice cream to really blow your socks off, or any other ice cream flavor of your choice.
