Dragonfruit Smoothie

Pitaya (AKA dragonfruit) and matcha are both rich in immunity-boosting vitamins and minerals and are chock full of antioxidants to fight off free radicals and keep colds at bay. Perfect for when our months get colder!

This dragonfruit smoothie is a great consistency and can be made for breakfast or a healthy dessert topped with homemade whipped cream. Yum! Recipes don’t need to always be complex to be good for you. This recipe has just the right amount of fruit and immunity boosting ingredients to help you take on the world. I love to get mine from PitayaPlus (www.PitayaPlus.com).

Mara ( www.MaraRouse.com) has a fun way of combining ingredients and hiding nutritious ingredients that aren’t always the most flavorful or tasty with other paleo ingredients. And if that wasn’t enough, as you can see from the image, this paleo smoothie is quite beautiful too.
