Breaking News for the Dairy-Sensitive

Unfortunately for me along with being celiac I also do not do well with dairy. This is the case for many. 30-50 million Americans are lactose intolerant or dairy-sensitive. It is so common that some doctors don’t even like to call it a disorder anymore.

Good fats play an important role in health and being paleo. Many use grass-fed butter, ghee, coconut oil and other oils to get some of these fats.
