Royal Rib Eye Steak Dinner

Royal Rib Eye Steak Dinner

I am so thrilled to have blended the best of three worlds into a dish that was over the top a “Paleo Party in Our Mouths”. Rib eye is one of the top cuts of meat as we all know and the options to cook it are somewhat varied. You can screw up a rib eye and with the price of this cut, why do that?! Come on and let’s be cavemen, dive in and cook up this royal rib eye steak dinner and make these steaks so they have flavors and texture you will be talking about all night long.

I served these steaks with my homemade cucumbers (cut up) and some of my homemade herbed goat cheese (I get the cultures and make my own) and it is such fun! I then added pomegranate seeds and some small chopped up baked butternut squash to the top. I also served an optional side (not pictured here) of my turnip-tatoes, which is always a hit starch. You can also try this meal with gluten free Paleo Versatile Sweet Potatoes or Oven Baked Turnip Fries. Healthy and clean eating! Yum!

So, “hello mouth, hello tummy”, and here we go! This is a melt in your mouth buttery steak. Absolutely delicious thanks to my friends at 5280 Beef, Flavor God (killer seasonings) and Skinny Coconut Oil, raw and totally amazing coconut oil. Truly unlike the others.

Be sure and read all about the basics of grass fed direct from Rachel, the rancher herself. And check out what’s happening on my very busy Giveaway page, too. OK, let’s get on with the meal!
