These are one of those 5 minute type dishes that end up looking much fancier.  You toss it all together, let it set overnight and then get to indulge on your chia seed pudding for breakfast, lunch, a snack or even as a paleo dessert! Ingredients

Scale
  • Vanilla Layer Ingredients
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • OPTIONAL: 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • Chocolate Layer Ingredients
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Strawberry Layer Ingredients
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 6 fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In 3 separate bowls, make the individual chia seed layers.
  2. Chill for at least 6 hours, up to overnight.
  3. When ready, layer for serving in 2 separate containers.
  4. Eat immediately or store covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  5. Enjoy!
